My Comeback Journey

Designed and shipped a fully functional habit and motivation app with auth, subscriptions, gamification and AI-supported workflows. Owned the entire product lifecycle: user research, UX, development, payment integration and launch. Built to validate whether engagement loops actually change behaviour — not just track it.

UX & Customer Journey Strategy

Analysed the end-to-end digital advisory journey at Raiffeisenbank Rigi for families aged 30–45. Identified that digital touchpoints (website, newsletter, social media) were informative but failed to guide users toward personal advisory sessions — the bank's core conversion goal. Mapped the journey across locally controllable channels, diagnosed drop-off points at key transitions, and developed a prioritised UX concept including contextual CTAs, a newsletter activation sequence, and a gamified Finanz-Check. Delivered as a strategic UX project plan with KPI framework and 12-month roadmap — following the THINK · MAKE · CHECK approach.

Developed the creative concept for the 125-year anniversary of Raiffeisenbank Rigi. End-to-end ownership: project lead, concept, research, photography, editing, design, budget and post-production. Turned a historic milestone into a visual team story that lived beyond the campaign.
